At Sprout HiFi, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and performance of our high-end audio equipment. Each product is carefully engineered and tested to deliver exceptional sound quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

Condition: Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% or may be deemed ineligible for return.

Non-returnable items: Custom-built products, special orders, clearance items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Refunds

Inspection process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Deductions: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If free shipping was offered, the original shipping expense may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We will gladly replace items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same model, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Warranty Claims
All Sprout HiFi products are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty. If your equipment experiences a performance issue within the warranty period, please contact us for troubleshooting and repair options. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
